Q. My husband has a titanium QLink pendant. He has had it for about 2 years or so and the chain has broken. I gave him the silver chain from my silver pebble pendant as it was the only chain that would fit through the small hole along the top. I got a new chain for mine. This chain has now broken. Do you supply replacement chains for the titanium Qlink pendant? It seems impossible to source one independantly as the clasps are all too large.

A. Absolutely none - other than personal choice for design they are all the same now with the exception of the Classic pendant which has SRT2 instead of SRT3 technology - and all this really means is it takes a little longer to start working in the first instance. Kind regards
Q. I have asked a question, re, my pet...now, i hope you can answer, this question, regarding my husband. Steve has recently has an angioplasty, removing blockage, from two arteries, it has been successful, however, being on some medication, for a while yet, would it be perfectly safe, for Steve, to wear the pendant. I can give a list of his medication, but, as, it works, on the theory, of, elements, and universal conditions etc, i would imagine, it should be safe, like wearing a copper bracelt...however, as my husband, and my little dog, are the dearest things, in the world to me, i am very protective, and want to feel re-assured, if, i go ahead, and purchase these products....sincerely await your reply, Kind Regars, Karen.
