We are currently offering free P&P on all orders placed on this site for a limited time only. Unfortunately we can only offer this to UK customers. Our normal delivery costs are shown below so you can see what you are saving!

We despatch every day from our Plymouth warehouse and we always carry stock of the full Q-Link range. As long as we receive your order before 10.00am it will be despatched the very same day - guaranteed *. Any orders received after that should be despatched next day.

We send all Q-Link orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day pre-1.00am) except for the Classic which is simply sent 1st class.

P&P costs depend on the value of your order - the table below shows the relevant amount

Please note that all orders over £80 require a signature and we will not be able to class an order as lost until 28 days has passed as this is how long Royal Mail take to accept they have lost an item!

EU Orders - All orders are sent AirSure or International Signed.
