We follow the guidelines laid down by the Department of Trade and Industry in relation to distance selling.

Returns Instructions:

Please note only the New Design White & New Design Black are covered under the 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you wish to return your order back to us you must request a returns number from us through our Customer Support Area. This Returns Number will be issued by us. You must print out/write out and include this Returns Number on the outside of the parcel and on the inside of the parcel with the goods when returning them back to us. You must also return goods via a Recorded Delivery service that provides sufficient compensation to cover your loss if the item fails to arrive back to us. If we do not receive the goods back from you it is your responsibility to make a claim to Royal Mail and we cannot unfortunately, refund you.

If you do not follow the proper procedure and request and receive an Returns number we reserve the right to deduct £5.00 off of any refund given to you to cover the administration costs of processing the refund outside of our standard processes.

To request a return/refund please raise a Support Ticket through our Customer Support Area and please ensure you tell us your order ID or your full name and address so we can trace your order.

Once we have received the goods along with the Returns Numbers and satisfied ourselves that the goods are in a sealed and re-saleable condition (if order cancelled) or that you have claimed on the money back guarantee within the valid claim period, we will credit your card or issue a cheque refund (less our original shipping and handling costs) depending upon your original payment method.

We also reserve the right to deduct a 5% credit card charge (if paid for by this method, or £1.00 if paid by debit card) if you cancel the order before despatch.
